ZEE - ZEElompics

Like every big organization, ZEE has some values that it swears by. Each year, employees are recognized for their value-based performances and rewarded for their performance.
ZEElompics is an annual value-led reward program that recognizes and rewards employees for their performances. This year, as I started working on the campaign (which was conducted online), I realized we needed to do something more engaging and entertaining. The number of comms had increased and I wanted to be as clear as possible about the challenges, the criteria, the eligibility factors, the nomination dates, as well as the final reward program event.
The campaign was carried out in multiple phases - each focusing on an important facet of the event.
1. The first stage introduced the campaign using Olympic verbatium.
2. The second stage spoke about the eligbility criteria and the values the leaders were looking out for. This was done through fun, tongue-twister videos (scripts written by me).
3. The third stage announced the nomination dates, followed by the winners and the main event.
