ZEE - POSH Policy

All offices, today, follow a strict no sexual harassment policy. While most of us are aware about it, most of us are unaware of all that counts under harassment. ZEE wanted to bring to light the strict POSH ethics they follow. The brief was to communicate to employees to come forward and complain if they were experiencing any form of harassment at work.
Harassment can be of different types. While some people think only physical stalking or touching or inappropriate behaviour is considered harassment, behaviours like texting something lewd, passing uncomfortable statements, etc. count as harassment too. With this campaign, I wanted to bring out the subtle difference between what is considered acceptable and what isn't. The campaign also encouraged employees to not tolerate any form of misbehaviour and come forward and complain, if they ever faced any form of harassment.
